Uroflox - Uroflox is a synthetic chemotherapeutic agent occasionally used to treat common as well as complicated urinary tract infections. It is sold under various brand names with the most common being Noroxin. In form of ophthalmic solutions it is known as Chibroxin. Uroflox is a second generation synthetic fluoroquinolone (quinolone) developed by Kyorin Seiyaku K.K. (Kyorin).
Uroflox is an antibiotic. It is used to treat certain bacterial infections of the genitals, bladder and the digestive system. Uroflox is also used to treat certain sexually transmitted diseases (STD). Uroflox belongs to a group of antibiotics called the quinolones.
